What Causes Stomach Grumbling While Drinking Water?
Question: I already sent the question. It was I want to know why I get grumbling in my stomach sometimes when i drink or eat

Grumbling of the stomach has to do with digestive juices flowing and movement of the digestive tract that assists with digestion. It depends upon the composition of what you eat how loud those sounds are.
If you listened to your stomach area with a stethoscope you would hear sounds going on all the time.
The sounds just get louder at times depending upon what it is that you are eating and what else is in your stomach at the time.
