What Causes Stomach Pain After Eating In Pregnancy?

Question: hi,

I am 15 weeks pregnant, as soon as i finish eating anything i get some pain in my stomach followed by semi solid motions. Is there something wrong, will this affect the baby in any way. I am also seeing a white stuff on the stool is that something i should be worried about.

please advise.
