Question : 10 days ago I got very sick from clyndomycin from dentist bad infection c-dip colitis spent five days in hospital on three dif antibiotics finished 14 days of 250mg vencomycin I am having bad stomache pains and bad lower back pain should I have another xray of stomache or stool test can infection reach blood stream?Also have fever concerned

It is really sad you have gone through a phase of suffering

I would suggest you go for a complete blood count and if the counts and neutrophils are high with or without toxic granules, I would go for a stool and/or blood culture and treat accordingly

In the mean time the best stop gap remedy will be a good probiotic and management of vital parameters
