Brief Answer:
Acidity ( gastritis ) is the likely reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
The reason for the pain could be mild acidity ( gastritis ) which is common in pregnancy.
Please drink a glass of chilled water / chilled milk.
Lie down in bed with a few pillows propping up your head.
If this does not relieve the pain, try taking tablet Pantop - D twice a day for 2 - 3 days.
Avoid eating anything spicy, oily, greasy or made outside.
Have fresh , home made , non spicy food.
Avoid stress, sleep well.
Instead of 2 - 3 big meals, please have 5 - 6 small snacks.
Avoid eating for 2 hours before going to bed, have a light walk after dinner.
Do not get up on an empty stomach, have a dry cracker / toast when you get up from bed.
If the pain is not subsiding with these measures, you need to consult your obstetrician for a check up and an ultrasound scan.
All the best
