What Causes Stomach Pain And Bloating Post Alcohol Consumption?
Question: I drank 3 beers and got burning stomach and bloating and then about an hour later I pooped and red blood was there

Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
After consumption of Alcohol if you vomit and throw out blood, it's mainly because of any of the following two reasons:
1. Acute Gastritis aggravated by alcohol and a peptic ulcer bleed.
2. XXXXXXX Weis Tear - that is a tear of esophagus due to jerky , forceful vomiting episodes.
Now important here is that if you get repeated episodes you would require an Upper GI Endoscopy.
If this is limited to a single episode only then you can take a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone once a day for 7 days.
Stop alcohol completely.
Consume plenty of water.
Take soft, bland diet for 7 days.
Write to me again after 7 days then we will discuss further treatment plan.

Just blood in poop! Not from throwing up i only had 3 beers
