Brief Answer:
Take your Father to Emergency room/hospital.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Male/66 - COPD - electrolyte imbalance - stomach pain since last night - could not sleep at night - wants to know whether Colicaid be used and dosage ....

Since the age of the patient is 66 and has a problem of electrolyte imbalance, it is better to take the patient to Emergency room or a hospital for the following reasons:
Clinical evaluation and actual examination by a Doctor, preferably by a General Surgeon.
Investigations of Electrolytes and other blood tests.
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position and ultrasonography to know the exact cause.
This is important because the intestinal problems can change the electrolyte imbalance very fast causing additional problems.
Colicaid is usually available and given to infants and children. Is adult formulation available at your city. Better to avoid even though it may be present in adult forms like Cimethicone tablets or syrup.

I hope this answer helps, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
Please give feedback too.
