What Causes Stomach Pain And Dizziness?
Question: Yes, I am having weird things happening to my body. I cant stand for a long time without my stomach hurting and getting dizzy. I get very cold feet and just feel very ill all day lying down is the best thing for me what could this be?
It has nothing to do with anxiety. Im thinking this could be adrenal problems or thyroid or hypotension, stomach issues were ruled out. Im sick everyday and don't know what to do will they ever find out why I feel like this all the time? Thank you

The history suggest me as a generalised weakness. As you have said its not anxiety.
And upper GI ( stomach issues are been ruled out).
In this case i would have ask for a x-ray chest and an ultrasound abdomen pelvis ( two inexpensive investigations).
The chest X-ray will give gross over view of any pathology in the lung and chest wall.
Ultrasound will give you an idea of internal organs and helps to rule out the causes and reach to a narrowed diagnosis. Like it will assess the status of liver, gall bladder, pancreas, adrenals - as you said, kidney and grossly bowel and uterus and ovaries and bladder.
And a complete blood picture to find out any infection or inflammation within you can add thyroid test if you have suspicion or your doctor who examined you.
So i would recommend to get it done. One will come to a conclusion.
As a remedy have healthy food, lots of fruits and salads, avoid junk and spicy food, fat containing food - try to do some walking and getting busy with activities will help in better mode of life.
