                                    Brief Answer:
OYC preparations available
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.
Fever is children is most often due to viral cause. You should give Tylenol (acetaminophen) if the temperature goes above 100F. Look out for lethargy and reduced urine output. Unless these occur, you need not worry.
About the 'stomach pain', a clinical examination is ideally required. However, giving him Equate Infant Gas Relief Suspension (contains simethicone, alternative brands: Gasz, Alka-Seltzer) 1 ml can be given as per requirement and I hope that would provide relief.
Let me know if I could be of further assistance.
Regards
