Question : Hi! i have a 3 yr old girl who has recently been complaining that she has a pain in her belly and just up under her left nipple. she refuses to eat dinner and it becomes a fight every night to try and get her to eat vegetables. ahe drinks lots of water and would prefer to eat fruit than anything else. lately she has been eating a lot of bread with peanut butter or nutella on it as that is all she will eat.

Hi...the symptoms you quote are suggestive of Gastroesophagel reflux. I suggest you consult your pediatrician for this. This looks like it needs a proton pump inhibitors along with antiemetics.
