What Causes Stomach Pain At Night?
Question: at night i get stomach pains and some foods i eat go right through me that i need to go to the toilrt at that very moment

The stomach pains at night could be due to gastric acidity problems since the food that you are eating is getting emptied faster than the usual time.
You could consult a gastroenterologist regarding this. If i was your treating physician i would recommend :
Tablet Omeprazole 20 mg once daily in the morning atleast half an hour before breakfast. (Available over the counter) This medication reduces gastric acidity.
Also have foods that need larger time for gastric emptying.Fibrous diet consisting of whole wheat , oats , fruits and vegetables take a longer time to empty from stomach.
Eat 6 smaller meals a days instead of large 3 meals.The diet should contain lesser carbohydrates. Avoid simple sugars and take complex starch instead. Also take your dinner two hours before sleeping time.
I would also like to know if you have had any history of previous gastric surgeries?
An Upper GI endoscopy would be advisable to rule out gastric ulcers and Barium fluroscopy to rule out early emptying of food from the stomach.
