Brief Answer: Monthly cycle. Meftalspaz adn checkups Detailed Answer: Hello XXXXXXX For the most part, abdominal pain durin the monthly menstrual cycle is a normal occurrence. You should make sure you have a checkup with your gynecologist to rule out diseases like endometriosis which will make the pain worse than it normally is. And you should have bloodwork done (CBC) to make sure the bleeding isn't excessive and causing anemia. But after those basic issues, really over the counter pain killers like Meftalspaz are your best managment. The reason i mention Meftalspaz is that it can be used even before the onset of the cycle and the pain and it will help prevent it to a certain extent. The medication can make your symptoms of GERD even worse, so I would couple it's usage with a medication like Rantac or Omez so that you stomach will not be the cause of pain either. I hope this helps. Take Care Vinay
