my daughter 7 years old is complaining stomache pain since evening and also having fever 103. She is also going toilet frequently but as per her it's not like in loose motion.. please advise.

Pain abdomen with fever in 7 year old girl suggest stomach infection.
In my opinion, you can give cyclopam syrup 5 ml three times a day for two days, paracetamol syrup (5ml=125 mg) 15 mg/kg for fever. Antibiotic like ofloxacin should be given.
Dose of medicine in children is based on weight. Kindly meet the local doctor for needful regarding dose of medicine.
If there is no improvement in 24 hours then get child examined by doctor. Give soft diet to child. Give more fluids.
Revert with weight of child.

Since, weight of child is 35 kg so dose of paracetamol should be 15 *35 kg, that's around 500 mg. Give tablet paracetamol 500 mg for fever. Ofloxacin is given at around 8 mg/kg/day. So, dose of tablet ofloxacin should be 200 mg tablet two times a day for three days.
However, if there is no improvement in 24 hours then get child examined by doctor so that we may not miss any important finding.
