Brief Answer:
continue probiotics, acid blocker, simplify diet

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
Antibiotics can really destroy the good microorganisms in the stomach and intestines. I suggest that you continue the probiotics, make sure it is a good brand like Align. Perhaps adding some yogurt daily may also help.
For about 1-2 weeks it may help calm things down to use an antacid but do not use it longer than that. Something like zantac that is not too strong.
The next thing is to really simplify your diet until you are feeling better. Focus on simple foods like rice, chicken, cooked vegetables and fruits. Oatmeal is fine for breakfast or an egg.
I would avoid all dairy, grains (except the rice), greasy foods, acidic foods and spicy foods.
Also avoid caffeine, alcohol and tobacco.
This should allow your digestive system to recover in a few weeks to a month.
I wish you the best
