Brief Answer:
Acid peptic disease as discussed earlier

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me again with more questions.
As discussed earlier these are all signs of acid peptic disease.

Peptic ulcer disease symptoms usually is more with empty stomach. Sometimes you feel the pain as hunger pains. Food intake relieves it. It is due to the acid production in the stomach.
Medications like omeprazole suppresses the acid production and relieves the symptoms. Similarly food intake relieves the symptoms.

If the symptoms are persisting or if you wake up from sleep due to pain, then an upper GI endoscopy and test for Helicobacter pylori can be done. This organism is one of the common causes of peptic ulcer and it has to be eradicated for complete relief of symptoms.

You need to avoid painkiller medications.
You need to avoid alcohol and smoking ( If you have these habits).

Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
