Question : I am experiencing for two days pain in my bowels like pin pricks. Regular Tylenol takes away sharp pain but coughing will cause again. Bowels regular no blood, no temp etc. Could this be irritated bowel etc granddaughters graduation is Tuesday would like to be convertible.

I read your question and i understand your concern. Bowel pain with cough resolving with tylenol is likely irritable bowel. Needs supportive care, some pepto, small frequent meals, yogurt and peppermint and avoiding dairy products, spicy and fatty foods, alcohol and beverages etc. Take some remedies for cough as well and no harm in continuing with tylenol or advil for the pain.
