Brief Answer:
Need examination - probably investigation too

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

It is not likely to be related to diltiazem – you are taking the drug for an year and the symptoms are less than a month

First thing to do is to get yourself examined…
Appropriate treatment demands accurate diagnosis
And that demands examination

You need a few investigation too –
The first thing to do is to have an EKG (Electrocardiogram) – to exclude atypical presentation of heart pain…
An Ultrasound of upper abdomen is necessary to see the Gallbladder (stone, infection et…) / it will also see the liver, pancreas etc…
If there are no clues, upper GI endoscopy (Gastroscopy) may be necessary

In the meantime, Over The Counter (OTC) antacid like magaldrate / Proton Pump Inhibitor like Omeprazole or H2 antagonist like ranitidine / antispasmodic like buscopan – can help

Good luck
God bless you
