Question : Wife has sharp pain in stomach area. Temp is 94.1. BP is 98/55.

You are reporting that your wife has stomach pain with mild hypothermia below 95 FH (her temperature was 94.1 FH) and low blood pressure.

At this situation you should immediately go to ER. Hypothermia associated with low BP and sharp pain is an emergency situation.
In such situations first of all you need to rule out life threated issues like :
- stomach perforation
- acute pancreatitis
- aortal dissecations
Another cause of hypothermia may be naltrexone use.

Meantime begin warming up her with extra clothing; Offer her warm liquids.
