Typically two or more little producing bowel movements during day. Have no appetite have to force myself to eat a small ammount of lunch. Constantly tired and have no energy or desire to do anything. Brief Answer:
Parasite or infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It appears that you are producing too much of mucosa by the cells. It indicates you are fighting an internal infection. We need to find out what is the infection by testing. You may need basic blood labs and stool microscopy as well. Anemia test is also important.

You had not put in your age, gender and other medical problems if any. If you suffer from asthma, allergies then the diagnosis can be based on that.

Lack of sleep, appetite and tiredness has a generalized impact and loss of productivity and quality. So it is important to get this tested without delay.

Brief Answer:
Low mood

Detailed Answer:
When have you felt XXXXXXX in life?
What makes you happy and elevate the mood?
Do you smoke and alcohol?

Have you seen an Internal Medicine plus Psychiatrist for these issues?

You are young and have a lot of life ahead and I see that this problem is fully treatable provided you approach right specialists. Depression and low mood is my initial possibility after listening to you twice.
