Brief Answer:
Seems to be a neuropathy

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting the question.

Such heating-kind of sensation usually occurs if you have inflammation of a nerve in the concerned area.

In your case, the sciatic nerve that travels behind the leg, down to the calf and ankle seems to be inflammed. This may occur due to a sudden strain or stretching of the nerve during a routine activity.

Take methycobal/multi vitamin tablets, analgesics and local gel / hot fomentation. A compression bandage around the area will be helpful.

If symptoms do not get better in 3 days, get a xray / mri of the concerned part done.

I hope the answer was helpful.
