Question : I have this type of vibration on my back shoulder it's non stop and seems to stop when I am sitting down
Brief Answer:
Anxiety or electrolyte disturbance most probable causes
Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.
Initially upon reading it I thought it was most probably a question of anxiety. It is a common cause of such symptoms which are generally benign.
However reading your other query I learned about the fact that you are coming from a fast. In that case I agree that the most probable cause is a metabolic disturbance like electrolyte alterations, usually magnesium, calcium or potassium.
So taking a lot of fluids in the coming days, along with a balanced diet should help those symptoms disappear gradually.
I remain at your disposal for further questions.
