Question : My 13 year old grand daughter has lines around both nipples on her breasts in a star burst pattern. What could this be.

Usually at this age it is normal for stretch lines to be seen around the nipple.
This is because of hormonal change - thelarche.
Nothing to worry.
However if it becomes painful or reddish do consult your doctor to rule out infections.
