What Causes Stretch Marks All Over The Body And Premature Ejaculation?

I am 28 years old Male. Height 5'10'' and weight 91 Kgs. Currently, I am on no medication.
I have stretch marks almost all over my body and have been having this for the last 6-7 years. The stretch marks are present on my stomach, shoulder blades, Forearm intersection, Lower back and some part around knees. It is very embarrasing and plead for your help in getting rid of them.
I also suffer from premature ejaculation and my foreskin of penis does not go back all the way.
Also, there is some kind of attachment from one end of the foreskin to center of penis (This point is difficult to explain orally and I apologise for that).
Also around the upper inner thighs, there are large pink patches.
Please address the issues that I am facing!
may need a small surgery - control of stress and anxiety.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Note your history of stretch marks for the last 6-7 years at the places you have mentioned.
Your BMI is 28.79 means you come under the overweight category.
Have you reduced the weight or was there fluctuation in weight since the stretch marks developed?
These are due to tear of the dermis, the top layer and hence there is loss of integrity of the skin showing the deeper layers as stretch marks.
As you may be knowing well, there is no definite treatment for stretch marks. The lotions, creams and such products that are advertised have no proven efficacy, yet can be tried.
Multivitamins with lycopene may help to a certain way.
It is always best to start on the with consultation of a Dermatologist.
Your another problem is related to the phimosis and if the skin does not go back you may need a small surgery to removed the extra skin and this is called circumcision.
The problem with the strand from foreskin to the center of glans can be tackled at the same time.
As for the premature ejaculation, the cause are usually more of a psychological and may be related to the stress and anxiety. Proper treatment in consultation with Urologist should help.
I hope this answer helps you.
