There's no discharge and very little irritation. Only when I think about it do I notice any irritation, which makes me think I'm just overthinking common itches.
The last doctor told me to stop masturbating and clean my penis thoroughly once or twice a day. It's starting to look better, but, again, just wanted another opinion.
Also, is there anyway I can send a photo?
Could be an infection

Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have read your query.
I will be helping you with it.
If you want reports / pictures, you can upload them with the query. If you have a problem send them to YYYY@YYYY with Sub: ATTN 'Your Name'. Once my team receives the photos or diagnostic reports, my team will send reports / pictures to me.
Now I agree that a STI is a possibility, the type cannot be determined without testing. However, a lesion or a cut on skin for a month now is a serious business, even if it is starting to look better by cleaning.
I would therefore recommend a course of doxycycline. 90% infections respond to this antibiotic. Keeping the private parts clean will always help.
I hope that this helps.
Please feel free to upload a picture.
It will help us judge better.
Best of luck

I'll go buy some doxycycline tonight.
Just read I need a subscription for doxycycline. Is there anything I can buy over the counter to help?
take doxycycline under prescription
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the response.
I think it would be good to meet a doctor for a prescription.
You see doxycycline is an antibiotic and all the antibiotics need a prescription.
So I think you will need to meet a dermatologist to give you a prescription.
Also I think I would suggest you the same medicine. As I said, the purpose of the medicine is to cover most of the conditions.
And the picture looks ok. You are definitely healing.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
Best of luck.
