It appears that you have an allergic reaction on the skin of your scrotum. This can be due to use of a particular soap or detergent used to wash your inner clothes or can also happen due to insect bite in the region.

LOBATE-GM cream contains clobetasol propionate 0.05 % w/w, neomycin sulphate 0.5 % w/w, miconazole 2 % w/w. This is a combination of a topical steroid, anti microbial and anti fungal preparation. Application of LOBATE GM should give you relief and also prevent any further infection in the region. This can be applied twice a day over involved area. Please avoid scratching the area with your nails. If there is no improvement in a week or if there is severe itching or pain then please consult your doctors immediately for oral medications to treat the condition.

For itching you can continue taking Allegra 180 once daily only for few days on empty stomach.
