Question : I am a 75 year old male. I had prostate cancer and the prostate removed in October 2002. It was followed by 33 radiation treatments. I now ware a supra pubic catheter. Reciently i have noticed a strong urine odor from my urine. What can cause this?

The strong odor from urine can be caused by urinary tract infection

I would advise you to do a urine analysis and culture sensitivity test and upload the reports for me.
