Question : My 3 year old daughter is on alforex probiotics.for 2 weeks. Recently her urine has a strong unpleasant smell. Only noticed this smell now and only thing different she is taking diet wise is the probiotics. She has no temp and eating well. Could they probiotics cause this smell.
