Brief Answer:
Explained.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Can you please upload the ultrasound scan report ?
Was this her first scan or any others done too ?
This is not okay but there is no need to panic.
Sub chorionic hemorrhage means there is some amount of bleeding in the tissues that support the baby.
But the good thing is there is no bleeding, and the baby's heartbeat is alright.
SO chances are that this internal bleeding will stop and the baby will grow normally.
Medications that you should be taking are -
Folic acid tablets.
progesterone injections.
Progesterone tablets
and Lots of bedrest.
Avoid stress, jerks, travelling, intercourse .
Please provide me with a list of medications prescribed to you, and I will guide you further.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
As below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have gone through the reports.
Yes, all the medications are fine.
SHe is being prescribed everything that is necessary for proper fetal growth.
So please take the medicines as per prescription.
Take a lot of rest.
IF there is any bleeding / spotting, you need emergency medical care.
Else, go for a repeat scan after 15 days, am sure all will be fine.
The bleeding area is very small, and most such bleeds seal off by themselves.
As long as the heartbeat is fine, there is no cause for worry.
Wish you luck.
