What Causes Subconjunctival Hemorrhage And Blurry Vision After A Vitrectomy?

Question : Hello doctor, I underwent a vitrectomy along with a gas bubble injection this Sunday in order to treat the retinal detachment in my right eye (previous scleral buckle surgery did not yeild significant improvements alone). Currently I have very blurry vision, can see HM only and maybe count fingers if they are less than 40 cm away. That however is expected following the procedure and was explained to me by my surgeon. Yesterday I begun to notice subconjunctival hemorrhage in my operated eye around the left corner of the conjunctival towards the tear ducts. Now I contacted my clinic and was told that after such an operation this can occur. Today however I noticed what looks like a blood blister on the very edge of hemorrhage, it seems tp be complerley harmless and I am not experincing any pain nor decrease in vision however Im just feeling very anxious following such a serious operation on my eyes and just need a confirmation that this is nothibg to be concerned with since my follow up at the clinic is four days away I will probably be worried sick to that day.
