Question : My husband just broke out with excessive sweating for no apparent reason. He said he also had a bit if dizziness. He has very low blood pressure. No pain other than muscle pain in his back. That's not uncommon with him and he can usually work it out with stretches.

Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Although there can be various reasons for such sudden excessive sweating but the most important one is the heart attack. Other common reasons could be hypoglycemia or over active thyroid gland etc.
I would advise you not to take this symptom lightly and hence must go to ER immediately to rule out heart attack atleast.
