Question : sudden black eye to lower eye no traumal
lower lid is black & swollen after taking extended hot bath

I have reviewed your information fully. This is possible caused by a bleed under the skin. Blood under the skin appears as dark/bluish etc and will be resorbed by the body’s system over 7-10days. There is no need for further medical intervention as healing is spontaneous. However, you should avoid using very warm water for baths.
