Brief Answer:
Check thyroid and if normal then most probably it is a panic attack

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your question.

I read carefully your question. As you are describing it and the fact that it happens during rest and you have done tests to rule them out, tells me that it is not a heart problem directly.

Next step I would recommend is to check your thyroid function if you haven't done it yet.
Also, if you have been habing stomach problems, before, its probable that those problems may come from stomach, co consider consulting a gastroenterologist and maybe doing a fibrogastroscopy.

After all have come out normal, then we can say that it is a mild panic attack. Try relaxing when it happens, go take fresh air, take deep breath and a glass of water. For now you don't need to take a specific treatment.

If those attacks get more frequent or if other symptoms appear then you either need to folow up with me or see a local doctor. I would be happy to give further advice.

Hope this is helpful.

Brief Answer:
Yes, the tests would pick up cardiac problems

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for the follow-up question.

The tests you have done are the right ones to rule out a heart problem.
One other thing you may do is notice if your heart beat is irregular when you have those symptoms. If it is irregular you may need to do another test which is a monitor which measures the hear rhythm for 4 hours.

I believe that, like the other tests, this test will be normal. Your age and the way that you are describing your symptoms are not typical for a heart problem.

So, the next test I would recommend is a thyroid test and if that is normal, then it remains the diagnoses of a panic attack/anxiety that I explained above.

The fact that the symptoms started after the tests doesn't mean that those have not diagnosed a hear problem because of that, because if you had that problem it would still be visible in the tests, so do not worry about it.

Let me know how the results of the tests will come out if you want. I will be happy to advice further.

Regards,
