Question : I am suddenly really really cold on and off thru the day and have to wear sleeves. I sleep with a quilt and when I then have night sweats, I am 53, I remove the blanket. Our home is often at 74 as Florida is high 90s right now but its too cold or me. When the family isnt home I am only comfortable in the heat. I was also told a few mos ago prob nothing but signs of a tumor in kidney tube but the gastro couldnt exlain anything and was very rude asking why did I get an expensive mri to find out why abdomen bloats sometimes and change in bowl habbits

Such changes in temperature sensituvity are seen in thyroid abnormalities.
I would recommend you to do a TSH assay which is a basic thyroid function assay test and its value will let us know thyroid abnormlity if you have any.
