Brief Answer:
Need to investigate

Detailed Answer:
dear
welcome to HCM
We need to consider conditions like absence seizures, muscle hypotonic conditions.
I would need to know
1) Do you maintain consicusness, awareness, or memory completely during the episode?
2) how long does it last? how frequent it occurs?
3) when did it start happening?

4) are you suffering from any medical conditions like heart issues, liver kidney problems, diabetes condition, etc?
if any medications your are on currently?

I would suggest following investigations
1) EEG-electro encephalography
2) MRI brain- to rule out any space occupying lesions
3) ECG- to rule or possibility of any arrhythmias

Detailed Answer:
thanks for the reply.
We will have to investigate in your symptom as we could not find any significant information contributing to any condition.

In would suggest you following investigations
1) Brain EEG- to rule out epilepsy.
2) MRI brain- to rule of any space occupying lesion(benign Tumor) and any vascular pathology.
3) Baseline ECG, lipid profile and electrolytes level. Blood sugar Levels.

A consultation to a local neurologist can help, as he can perform physical examination which can possibly yield some finding.

Till further clearance from doctor, do not expose yourself to risky situations and places that may put you in danger of you have an episode.

Kindly revert back with further queries.
