Question : Last night, in the middle of night my wife had water coming out of her eyes and nose for some time, after that it stopped. Is this something to worry about.

The discharge of water from eyes and nose during pregnancy can be due to allergy or a mild irritation in the nose or eyes. If it reduced on its own after sometime then you need not worry. In case the watery discharge is persistent then doing a steam inhalation will help. She might need anti allergic drops in case the problem persists.
