Question : Hi, I have been having a very weird sensation come across my head for two days now. Mostly on the right side, midline to my ear but above it. I am an overall healthy individual. It does cause concern, as it quickly comes over me and I feel dizzy. I have tried drinking juice and eating a meal when it happens to see if it could be related to blood sugar but about 20 minutes later it happens again. Any idea what this weird pressure/pain feeling could be? Thanks!

                                    Brief Answer:
Supportive care. No worries
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Sensation in right temple with dizziness and normal ENT work up and CAT scans and sinuses studies rules out otorhinolaryngological causes. A t the age of just 24, dehydration, reduced diet intake, imbalanced diet, stress, anxiety and inadequate sleep can cause all this.
Check in with a neurologist to rule out any neurological causes as migraine and tension headaches may present this way too. Take some tylenol and some antivert meanwhile and stay rehydrated and take a balanced diet.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

would you be concerned about having a bleed or anything? it's closer to the ear than the temple. I will follow-up with my PCP on monday.

Thank you for getting back to me
Bleed is a very serious pathology and should not even be considered a remotest possibility in your case. Dont worry for that. Its not a bleed.
I hope it helps.
