Causes of head heaviness and tired eyes at your age are most probably related to anxiety and stress disorder, could also be related to side effects of any drugs you use (antidepressants eg.).

Anemia and low group B vitamins also could be related to your symptoms.

There is need for more information about your health concerns and previous health issues, any tests done (such blood tests), in order to have a better understanding of your condition and narrow possible explanations.

I had stoped medication escitalipram 5mg now its been 2weeks..maybe withdrawal

Yes, it is probable withdrawal from escitalopram that may cause your symptoms, especially if you stopped it suddenly (cold turkey).

Remember, if you will stop any drugs in the future, best way is to taper it (slowly decreasing dosage to avoid adverse effects).
