Brief Answer:
Most common reason is either the sugar or blood pressure being on lower XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
Hello , I am Dr. Mody and I would be addressing your concern .
I would be happy to know if he is taking any medication and many medicine per say can cause the symptoms you describe as it's side effect .
Considering the labs are normal , His age and no information about any medication he is taking .
The most likely possibility is his blood sugar or pressure going on the lower side .
So during the episode, make him sit and if possible take blood pressure and document the sugar .
Help him take an electral XXXXXXX in 300 ml water at least with some added sugar .
If he had the symptoms during any form of exertion a cardiac evaluation is strongly justified .

Treadmill stress test may be the best means in this case.

Do let me know if any clarification is needed
