Question : Hello,

My boss came back from lunch, and complained of being extremely dizzy. Just now he said he was having difficulty seeing his monitor. He is on a phone call and seems normal otherwise. Yesterday evening he had abdominal discomfort - food poisoning and its related symptoms, sans vomiting. He had an eye appointment this morning. I do not know of any outstanding medical conditions, family history, migraines, etc.

He doesn't complain much. No comment about pain. This dizziness continues - it has probably been at least half an hour.

Hi and thank you so much for this query. I must say am very happy to see how caring you are towards your boss. .There is no better workplace relationship that what you have exemplified.

I have reviewed his symptoms fully. These could be suggestive of a possible food poisoning. I will recommend some rest and increased intake of fluids. This will help maintain a good blood pressure as well as aid in cleansing the digestive tract of any potential toxins from food poisoning. This way, healing would be faster.
