Frequency seems to be random but thinking about it I've been sat at my computer for most. Happens maybe twice or three times a day, with a fuzzy feeling there most of the time. Seems to trail off rather than just stop so knowing how long is difficult. Moving my head around makes it feel stronger, not feeling anything from my neck. Ears seems fine, no medication, no history of heart disease or any signs or symptoms. Ive had an ecg for chest pain a few years ago, diagnosed with indigestion

Brief Answer:
Anxiety/stress appears to be the likely cause.
