What Causes Sudden Fainting Followed By Headache And Nausea?

Question: my 11 year old son fainted about 3 weeks ago he has only had that one episode since then he has been looking pale and has dark circles under his eyes he also expireances nausea and sometime he gets headaches and also gets hot flasges alot when paramedics came to assist they did check his vitals amd poked his finger to check his blood everything was normal when we when tonthe hospital his blood test were normal but the doctor said hos white blood cells were a little low am going crazy worried terrified am very scared he is my baby and dont want anything to happen to him

we were just at Wal-Mart he fainted in the parking lot he stay laying in the ground until paramedics got there he wasnt talkilg seemed out of it ...he jist said am not feeling well and passed out he was normal before that happend he did not have any injury they told me at the hospital that it happens when there is not enough blood flow goin to his brain not satisfied with that answer ..he has been active but has a lot of fatigue no fever at all looks pale and gets his hot flashes as for hemoglobin am not sure what that is can yoi please specify thank yoi so much

Brief Answer: Hemoglobin is a component in his red blood cells. Detailed Answer: Hi, The commonest reason for paleness is anemia. This is a condition that occurs when hemoglobin composition of red blood cells is inadequate. It is routinely tested through clinical examination and confirmed with specific blood test. If you are not sure the paramedic staff checked that, you can visit his pediatrician and discuss about it. Transient reduction in blood supply to the brain is the most common reason why people faint. If he was fatigued and exhausted while he was walking at the mart, that might have caused circulatory disturbance resulting in fainting. If he was alright after the fall - had not bitten his tongue / lips or passed stool/urine involuntarily, then his doctors response (not enough blood flow) seems right. But if you feel he is very pale and has lot of fatigue these days, it would be better to consult a pediatrician who can examine him independently - check for anemia, evaluate his heart functions and look for other features of common infections. Thank you so much my son has seen his cardiologist because ue has a small murmur everything was normal I pray its something that can be fixed I get scared it could be something worse am trying to think positive he also gets hot flashes even before he fainted they cone and go he gets them a lot on amd off he had blood test done today and will be seeing his pediatrician tomorrow I greatly appreciate your responses ..ine more thing do u know why my son gets hot flashes they come and go

He has been having hot flashes for about a year or 2 my son is very passive and doesn't say anything when he is feeling bad I know that its bother some to him when he gets one he always say I love you mommy out of the blue I think his way of saying he is having one I also think je gets anxiety attacks in public places ....I jist wanna thank u for giving me some relief I greatly appreciate it
