Question : I am 71 and wife is 67 and we have sex regularly. 10 days on the trot and then suddenly I was unable to "finish" and sensitivity is minimal which is messing up our sex life for the last 7 days. Erections are normal but unable to complete. We have never had this problem before.

Inability to ejaculate can be due to many reasons , most common being side effect of a medicine you might be taking or ageing . You can consider it a single failure which might be temporary and be fine or increase your physical workouts and improve direct penile stimulation by your partner or sex toys
