My height is 170 inches and weight is 80.5 kg.my weight is continuosly increasing leading to swell or fatty cheeks.please suggest to reduce some face fat.

I suggest you to get thyroid profile and serum cortisol levels tested. If no other medical illness associated with weight gain then regular exercise and maintenance in diet will surely give you a good result in weight loss. You can do some specific facial exercises like chin lifts, cheek puffs, massage and fish face. If you have any habit of alcohol or smoking I suggest you to quit.
