Question : all of the suuden last nite I started itching under my armpit and the it has spreaded all my body in a matter of a short hours over nite,I took a hot shower at one a.m no help nnever had this thing before,Oh iam 67

This indicates a local allergic reaction that is progressing to systemic reaction(may be a result of unnoticed insults like an insect bite reaction). This needs urgent administration of intravenous anti allergic drugs to prevent progression to anaphylaxis and shock. Kindly reach ER without delay.
After initial shot of steroid and anti histamine, if vitals are stable, this just need anti histamine & / steroid tablets for 5-7 days.Your doctor will guide in this.

Meanwhile, if available, you can take one tablets each of Prednisolone and Benadryl.
