Question : sudden attack of extremely itchy swollen feet, ankles up to knees, and itchy hands also.

You seem to be having an allergy or urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
From the description, it seems you could be having urticaria or some allergy.
Right now i would advise that you take a combination of antihistamines like cetrizine and hydroxyzine both twice in a day. Also apply calamine lotion mixed with a mild steroid lotion. If there is no relief in symptoms in a day, please meet your ER doctor nearby.

Also if possible please upload an image of your hands and legs as that would help me in diagnosing your condition better.
