Brief Answer:
topical keratolytic preparation for plantar warts.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr.Bose,

I have read your query and understand the concern.

Your left side pelvis pain with back pain could be due to constipation or might be due to colitis but I will keep colitis as the last possibility.

You should start having foods with high fiber diet like salads (cucumber, cabbage, carrots).

Avoid oily, spicy and heavy foods, instead take light food with plenty of water and juices.

Also, take laxatives or purgatives like syrup cremaffin plus 3TSF in night time to have a effortless and complete bowel evacuation.

If still problem persist and you feel mild pelvic or lower abdominal pain then ultrasound abdomen should be done to rule out any intestinal pathology.

Treatment of plantar warts or corns:

You have to use a topical keratolytic preparation (salicylic acid 17% w/v+lactic acid 17% w/v liquid) once daily at night over this area. For that, put your foot in lukewarm water for 15 min and the apply keratolytic preparation which is available over the counter.

Also, you should be careful while applying the lotion. Apply a very little amount only on the wart. You could apply petroleum jelly around the lesion so that the lotion does not spread to normal area of skin.

Slight scrubbing with a pumice stone would help to remove the dead skin and allow the keratolytic preparation to penetrate better.

If still there is improvement then you could get it treated by cryotherapy which has to be done by a dermatologist. This will freeze the wart and it will fall off after 2-3 freeze cycles.

So,kindly consult dermatologist for cryotherapy if above treatment does not work.

Hope this will help and if more questions I will be happy to answer.

Regards,
