Brief Answer:
Gastroenterology work up required

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.

You need gastroenterology work-up that includes gastroscopy and colonoscopy and CT scan, since this should be further evaluated. Loss of appetite is nonspecific symptom. but may also indicate some more or less serious diseases. So you should see doctor if loss of appetite persist for more than 1 week. Till that try to eat more liquid food and easier food, rich in vitamins such as fruit, vegetables, boiled meat and potato.
Wish you good health. Regards
