Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Using hands to talk more is just a personality behaviour and not a disease, some times used more some times less. However this co ordination and visual disturbance should be evaluated for a complete neurological examination and visual acuity test to rule out any cerebellar, cranial or ocular involvement. I would like you to visit a doctor, let them examine and assess you and if need be run some labs and then decide the management accordingly. I am sure it wont be any thing to worry about.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Regards
Khan
