Brief Answer:
No need to worry just take domperidone and rabeprazole

Detailed Answer:
HI Sir,
I have gone through your query; and suggest you that no need to worry; most probably it happens due to the regurgitation of the food.

I personally advise to take the combination of the rabeprazole and domperidone for two days and after this if symptoms persist then consult the ENT specialist for otoscopic examination of the tympanic membrane, pure tone audiometry and impedance audiometry.

Thanks
