Brief Answer:
Take rest and get evaluated as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

This can be a seizure episode most likely complex partial seizure or migraine attack.

Is there any loss of consciousness, frothing, tongue bite, headache, incontinence associated with this episode?

Any history of previous seizure episode?
Any history of cardiac illness, palpitations?

You should take rest.
You may require EEG and brain imaging such as MRI/CT scan if such episode reoccur.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
