Question : I suddenly have this onset and off set of pain in my left chest which last about a couple of seconds. It's not a sharp pain
Abit dull? Not very painful which is why I just dismiss it. But it comes on like randomly. Happened once when I was walking. Once when I was excited and eating and once when I feel like Burling. Is this a heart attack?

Brief Answer:
It sounds like Gastritis and not heart attack. Please get checked up.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I think this sounds more like Gastritis or Heart burn.
I suggest you get yourself examined by a Physician and get some basic tests like Chest XRay and ECG and then heart attack can easily be ruled out. Therefore do not worry and get the tests done.
For Gastritis please take Tab Pantoprazole 40mg or Cap Omeprazole 20mg half an hour before breakfast everyday for one month. This should relieve your pain.
If it does not then you might require an Upper GI Endoscopy to see the inside of your food pipe and stomach to confirm Gastritis. But that is not required as of now, If these medicines help you then it is probably Gastritis and you should continue the medicines.
Take care and do let me know if there are any queries on this issue.
